Returns & Refunds

Online purchases are valid for refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

Products must be clean, unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return, log in to your account and head to the Request Return page.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns, so the customer will have to pay for the return. Return costs depend on where you live – you will have to send the items to our office in Latvia, which is located in Europe.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

We do not refund the cost of shipping. If all items were returned for a refund, a $5.00 restocking fee was charged.
